David Williamson

President & Co-Founder

As President and co-founder of Eastern Construction, Dave Williamson brings to the firm over twenty years of experience and leadership in the multi-family housing and redevelopment industry. Dave studied Business Management at Virginia Commonwealth University. Within his professional career, he has worn many hats, enabling him to have a thorough understanding of all aspects involved in the redevelopment and construction process. As President of Eastern he directs, coordinates and oversees all activities of the company operations. Dave also takes an active role in negotiating and issuing contracts and policy and procedure development.

Steven Lueben

Chief Financial Officer & Co-Founder

As Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Eastern Construction, Steve's main responsibilities are focused around financial management and the oversight on all aspects of the firms financial well being. With over three decades of contracting experience, Steve has succeeded in many positions at many general contracting companies across the country. From this, Steve brings to Eastern Construction, practical construction knowledge balanced with administrative and management expertise. This provides Eastern a solid financial foundation in all aspects of construction.

Teralynn Marvel

Director, Business Development

Teralynn Marvel is responsible for expanding Eastern Construction's presence in the construction industry by establishing sales channels and partnership programs. She is actively involved in formulating & executing corporate development strategy for the company's growth and marketing initiatives. Teralynn is also responsible for Project Management of over $2M annually in exterior renovations, at Eastern. She started her professional career as a Sales Associate at McWilliams Ballard real estate marketing firm. She also worked as a Leasing Associate with Broad Reach Retail Partners, managing all commercial activities within their Mid-West portfolio. Teralynn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Sciences, with a minor in Spanish from West Virginia University. She holds OHSA training certifications in PPE, CPR, First Aid, AED and is a Shingle quality specialist and a master shingle applicator through CertainTeeds Roof & Vinyl Siding Institute.

Victor 'Mickey' Smith

Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager for Eastern Construction, Mickey brings to Clients, over twenty years of professional project management experience and leadership. Prior to his career with Eastern, Mickey worked as a Project Manager at The University of Maryland and with Blake Construction, where he managed the metro rail construction of the downtown 14th Street & Cleveland Park Metro Stations. His extensive, well-developed skills allow him to oversee multiple construction projects, manage owner relationship development along with owner, subcontractor, vendor and consultant contract negotiations and channels new work through leadership and project management.

Michele McGee

Accounting Manager

Michele McGee brings to Eastern Construction over 15 years of experience in Accounting and Office Management, for construction companies.

Her responsibilities include all payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance documentation, along with coordinating all office administrative activities. Her loyalty and dedication is extremely valuable to the satisfaction of our clients and has been instrumental in the growth and development of Eastern Construction.

Brian Guertin

Project Manager

Brian Guertin serves as a Project Manager for Eastern Construction and has an extensive knowledge base and an expertise, in residential construction. Since entering the construction field, Brian's has demonstrated a commitment to providing professional excellence, which has enabled him to advance quickly in his career in this exciting industry. His responsibilities include estimating, job cost and budget analysis, scheduling, subcontractor management, client relations and overall project management. He is highly committed to providing professional excellence in all that he does.

Brian Burns

Project Manager

Brian Burns serves as a Project Manager for Eastern Construction and has a broad realm of construction experience with projects ranging from $50K to $5M. His expertise lies in managing complex and multi-phased interior rehabs, and his responsibilities include estimating, budget analysis, construction scheduling, vendor and materials management and acquiring new work through leadership and owner relationship development. Brian has a proven track record of completing challenging projects with tight schedules and budgets, which highlight his success as a highly motivated, dedicated, and accomplished professional.

Jim Minnick

Regional Marketing Manager

Jim Minnick brings more than 35 years of construction experience to the Eastern Construction team. Within his professional career, he has worn many hats, enabling him to have a thorough understanding, of all aspects involved in the redevelopment and construction process. Jim and his family moved to Raleigh in 2013, where he has an active role in establishing Eastern Construction's first branch office. He is closely involved in all of Eastern's owner relationship activities and management and is responsible for leading all business operations and expansion for Eastern Construction's Regional North & South Carolina Branch.
